ESSAY
Topic : Health – Diet
Most
of the people especially women, want to have a proportional body. They do many
ways to get a body which they want. For example, doing some exercise, have a
diet program. For most people, diet appears to be a natural process. As such,
the lack of taking initiative to provide an individual with the motivation to
engage in the diet process may affect their development. Many people think that
extremely diet can effective to lose the weight, but from my observation it’s
too dangerous.
Sometimes, people think if they
drink the water continuously they can lose their weight faster. Their diet
program will success, but they don’t think about the risk if they just drink
the water, though it’s contain ions. The water needed if you feel thirsty, it
doesn’t make you stuffed or satisfied. Your body will feel weary, weak. Drink
water before eat a meal is good, but it’s not good if you diet just drink
water. Your body will faint, because there is no other nutrition that fill your
body. Dieting problems ensue most of the time because the individuals are unaware
that their appetite has decreased and so food consumption will be less. There
is the need to educate these individuals that while the child is still in the
process of early dieting decline in food intake will likely to occur so that
they will not be concerned when it happens (Pilliteri, 2009, p. 849).
Normally,
people eat three times a day. Even so, they who eat a meal regularly may have
sick. What about the people who doing diet program and he or she just eat a meal one time a day? You can
imagine how hungry are they. It is not be in effect to people who decided to
doing extremely diet. They just think about how to get a proportional body and
lose their weight without knowledge about their body, the nutrition that they
have to eat. If you want to doing diet, you have to eat a meal three times a
day with sufficiently portion. For example, at breakfast you have to eat 2
breads and a milk, at lunch eat a half plate of rice 5 spoons of vegetable and
a glass of juice, and at dinner you can eat boiled vegetables. Don’t forget to
drink 8 glasses of water a day to balance your diet program. If you think eat a
meal one time a day is the fast way to diet so you’re wrong. It just make your health
drastically down, your body will sickness easily. Dieting problems take a toll
on the individuals, affecting the whole process itself as so much part of the
issue of feeding and food with nutritional value. As such, dieting problems are
often interpreted as a sign of defective food behaviour and eating habits.
Because dieting problems are poorly understood, the individuals under the dieting
process are often confused by conflicting beliefs, advice and information
(Douglas, 2010).
I did
a diet program, everyday just eat potatoes. The result is my weight can down
too much and my body not too fat. Potato contains a carbohydrate more than
rice, eat them can make stuffed. It can makes your weight down, but your body
will look tired, wizened. Actually, eat potatoes when doing diet program is no
problem as long as you eat another foods, such as fruits, vegetables, oats,
etc. You have to fill your body with another nutritions, vitamins. Moreover, the role of the
family is also regarded as a significant contributor in. Family characteristics
also contribute to the dieting process. Several of these characteristics
include foods available at home, nutritional knowledge, dietary intake,
encouragement of activity and activity pattern. As such, a family’s eating
patterns could have major influences on whether an individual maintains a
healthy weight (Ratha, 2007).
To
lose a weight and get proportional body isn’t difficult. You can doing diet
program, but remember doing diet must balance. Diet isn’t stop eating but
alleviate the meal portion. Doing diet also doing exercises frequently, it can
helps you smoothen the metabolism, burn the fat. Eat fruits and vegetables.
