CAUSE-EFFECT ESSAY
Topic : Medical (What effects does stress have on health? )
As a social human which lived in crowded world, surely sometimes we found a problem whether it is the problem with our family or friends. Whether it is about financial or social problems. Certainly, it causing us to think about it. Stress can be happened to everyone. For people who doesn’t care too much about the problem, it don’t give significant risk but at least they also feel the effect of their problem which causing stress and disturbing their healthiness, whether physical or mental healthiness. Moreover, for people who tink it too much, and have a genetic possibilities to get some cronies disease it can increased the risk.
When they think too much and causing stress, at the same time our brain also processed the information which has been received and try to find the way to solve it. If we think with calm thinking, then we will find the way to solve it. But, the question is “can we always have positive thinking to get the solution?”. If we can’t do it, surely our brain will hard work to ge the solution. Part of our brain called hipotalamus which influenced releasing adrenaline hormone also have a part in this process. When we think too much, and can’t find the solution, it pushed our brain to think hard and it can increased the production of adrenaline hormone, and it influenced our heart beating, high blood pressure and some system in our body such as slowing down blood system, immune system, heart activity.
Stress causing some cronies diseases such as cancer and it also disturbing the immune system. Automatically, when we stress it decrease the condition of our physical for example : dizzy, weak, headache, etc. Body net is an important actor in  defense body system, included blood net and limfatic net. Blood net which important actor in defense body system is leukosit. When we are stress, our brain inform others system and leisurely the work of our immune system. If the immune systems work leisurely it will easier for microbe to go into our body and blocked the immune cell and directly we will got ill.
If there is strange protein (antigen) go into our body, sel B which had specialized will product a protein called antibodi. Antibodi which involved in allergic reaction is from IgE (imunoglobulin E) when there is a substance which cause allergic , so IgE will stimulate makrofag to release histamin and caused other inflamed (Marieb & Mallatt 2001, Marieb 2004).
Cancer is included to Heteroantigen because it caused from antigen in other species and characterized carsinogent. The process is from transformation that included initiation and promotion. In general, from one process normal substance being a malignant substance until the DNA system in the substance will changing. Alteration of cell genetic substance sometimes hard to find but it can detected from a changes the shapes and the measurement. One of the important things except stress is history of family. Someone who had genetic possibilities moreover added stress will easier to get the risk of cancer.  But, apparently the risk of cancer can be preventable by doing some relaxation technique to decrease the stress. The purpose is to calm down our brain and give calming effect to our body. The relaxation technique can do at home or at gymnastium, such as gymnastic and yoga.
               Stress also causing heart disease, because when we are stress it influenced adrenaline hormone, the heart beats and high blood pressure. At heart , stress raises sympathetic nervous stimulation . Irregular heart rhythms to cause vascular events ( coronary heart disease ) . Stress also cause hypertension ( high blood pressure ) which may lead to heart failure and kidney failure . It preventable by checking the heart health regulary.
               Stress increasing desire everyone to eaat too much, moreover the food which contains high calories. It causing body weight problems, because when we eat food which contains high calories, the calories would be burried in some part of our body, and it will distrub blood circulation. Overweight can increase the risk of diabetes disease, but it preventable by maintain the meals system.
               When we are stress it give directly effect to our mental. It causing depression and worrying, because when stress we will think too much about the problem. It preventable by doing sport activity regulary.
The other effect of stress is causing our hair to fall of. Our hair will releasing alopecia areata (white blood cell which ‘attack’ hair follicle) ; telogen effluvium ( hair stopped to grow) ; trikotilomania (causing hair to fall  of because depression, worrying, sadness, etc). It preventable by always try to positive thinking.
Stress also causing metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is combination of diabetes, high blood presure, overweight, abnormal cholesterol degree. If it happened at the same time, it can increase the risk of heart disease. It preventable by doing 4 strategy : (a) do something that can relax your brain/ thinking ; (b) do an exercise regulary ; (c) meet with your friends, or family so you can communicate and share the story each other ; (d) Eat the food which contains high acid fat-omega3 such as fishes, or beans.
We can found many effect of stress for our brain and body health. Mostly, there are some factors that can increasing the risk of cronies disease such as diabetes, and heart disease. Although there are many risk/ effect, we can decrease it with some activity which can help us to keep our helathiness.

  1. Hi yulinda, your essay looks great, but i think it would be greater if you give it a title :) well, i have some comments for your essay. here they are:
    1. on the first paragraph, "it causing us" supposed to be "it causes us".then, you'd better to replace "For people who doesn’t " into "For people who don’t".
    2. on the second paragraph, the word "processed" supposed to be "process".
    3. on the third paragraph. "Stress causing" should be "Stress causes".
    4. on the seventh paragraph, you made a mistyping, that is "eaat" :D it's supposed to be "eat".
    5. you should pay attention about the plural and singular form and where you should use simple continous or simple present tenses.

    I’m sorry but any words that you must change because that’s wrong words, such as :
    In the first paragraph, Whether it is about financial or social problems. Certainly, it must be Whether it is about financial or social problems, certainly,
    Tink it must be think.
    In the second paragraph, ge it must be get.
    And the third paragraph, called antibodi. Antibodi which it must antibody. Hestamin must be hestamine

    Hi Yulinda! I found some mistakes in your essay. Here are my corrections for your mistakes :
    1. I think the whole of this essay refers to present, so the sentence "As a social human which lived in crowded world, surely sometimes we found a problem whether it is the problem with our family or friends" should be "As a social human which live in crowded world, surely sometimes we find a problem whether it is the problem with our family or friends"
    2. On paragraph 1, "For people who doesn’t care" should be "For people who do not care"
    3. "it don’t give" should be "it doesn’t give"
    4. " which causing stress" should be " which is causing stress"
    5. On paragraph 2, "calm thinking" will be better if you replace it with "calm thought"
    6. "When we think too much," should be "When we think too much" without coma after word "much"
    7. On paragraph 3, " it also disturbing" should be " it also disturbs"
